Big Daddy's Jalapeño Pecan Shrimp Tarts

Ingredients:

1 pound large peeled, deveined shrimp
1 jar jalapeño jelly
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1/4 cup finely diced pecans (or peanuts)
2 green onions, finely chopped
pepper
Breton or Cabaret Crackers

Preparation:

Blend onion and nuts into cream cheese. Add a pinch of pepper. Spread mixture onto Breton Crackers and add a dollop of jalapeño jelly. Top with shrimp. Eat whole.

Helpful hints:

For a great appetizer, serve 3-4 Jalapeño Tarts.
