Brie & Pear Topper
Ingredients:
1-2 Pears, cored and sliced
250 g Brie cheese, sliced to fit baguettes
2 tbsp (25mL) toasted slivered almonds
Preparation:
Place pieces of pear on plain Crispy Baguettes.
Top each with a piece of Brie and sprinkle with almonds.
Heat Baguettes in a moderate oven (350 F / 180 C) for 5-10 minutes or in the microwave at 50 % power until the cheese melts. Makes
24-30 toasts.
