Chutney Cream Cheese Balls
Ingredients:
8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped green onions or chives
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup prepared chutney (any flavor)

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except crackers and chutney. Refrigerate for two hours. Form chilled mixture into 1" balls. Place cheese balls on crackers then pour chutney over. Serve at room temperature with a spreader.
Helpful hints:
After forming chilled mixture into small cheese balls, roll balls in additional chopped peanuts. You may also make one large cheese ball; serve with spreader and crackers. Or, instead of making cheese balls, spread cheese mixture on top of crackers, top with dollop of chutney, and serve.
