Creamy Brie Crackers

Ingredients:

1/4 pound cream cheese, softened
1/4 pound Brie, rind removed
4 ounces pecan halves
1 small bunch green or red grapes
4 ounces pastrami, cut into thin strips (optional)
Breton or Cabaret Crackers

Preparation:

Blend together cream cheese and Brie until soft. Using a pastry bag fitted with a star tip, pipe cheese mixture around edge of crackers. To garnish crackers, slice a grape lengthwise 3/4 of the way down; insert pecan half in grape and place in the center of each cracker.

Helpful hints:

If you do not have a pastry bag, just spread cheese with a knife and top with grape and pecan. For added garnish, top with chopped toasted pecans.
