Chef’s Corner : Crispy Baguettes Garden Herb Cool Dip Topper

Ingredients:
1 cup (250 mL) light cream cheese
2 tbsp (25 mL) chopped fresh dill
1/2 tsp (2 mL) lemon juice
1 small cucumber, sliced
garnish sprigs of dill
Preparation:
Combine cream cheese, dill and lemon juice until well blended.
When ready to serve, spread cheese mixture on Garden Herb Crispy Baguettes.
Top with cucumber slice.
Garnish with a sprig of dill. Makes 24-30 toasts.
