Fruit Salsa Dip

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup (375 mL)          chopped plum tomatoes 
1/2 cup (125 mL)             chopped pineapple
1/2 cup (125 mL)             chopped mango
1                                   green onion, chopped
1 tbsp (15 mL)              chopped jalapeño pepper
1-2 tbsp (15-25 mL)     chopped cilantro
1 tbsp (15 mL)              lime juice
1 tsp.                             balsamic vinegar
to taste                         salt and pepper 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients together. 

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place salsa in a serving dish and surround with Garden Herb Crispy Baguettes. Makes 24-30 toasts.
