Gorgonzola Cheese Spread with Raspberry Compote
Ingredients:
85g (1/3 cup) Gorgonzola cheese
57g (1/4 cup) cream cheese, softened
1 jar raspberry preserves or jam
Breton Crackers
Preparation:
Blend Gorgonzola cheese and cream cheese in food processor or with fork until smooth. Spread jam on Breton Cracker and spoon or pipe Gorgonzola mixture onto jam.
Helpful hints:
Add some color and flavor by garnishing with mint leaves or crumbled Gorgonzola.
