Kitchen Antipasto Party

Ingredients:

1 jar of roasted red peppers
1 jar of marinated artichoke hearts
assorted olives from deli
extra virgin olive oil
lemon
dried herb mix (dry Italian dressing mix)
pepper flakes (optional)
assorted cheeses and deli meats
assorted Dare Crackers

Preparation:

To marinate peppers, artichokes, or olives, simply put each into separate bowls, drizzle olive oil over them, squeeze a wedge of lemon and sprinkle with herb mixture (and/or pepper flakes). Mix well, put into little dishes and place on large cutting board. Add assorted cheeses and meats around the cutting board with a variety of delicious Dare Crackers for a display that is sure to delight the crowd.

Helpful hints:

This is a fun and easy display to serve in your kitchen while you're preparing the main meal. Or, add a big tossed salad, and let your guests create their own personal antipasto with crackers. For those of you who like anchovies, a quick spread can be made with a tube of anchovy paste and a little oil. Mix and serve with a spreader and Dare Crackers.
