Olé Guacamole

Ingredients:

4 firm, ripe avocados
2 ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon cumin
Breton Minis or Breton Crackers

Preparation:

Peel and pit avocados. In medium bowl, mash avocado pulp with fork. Stir in remaining ingredients, except crackers. Serve in crock with crackers. Garnish with wedges of avocado, lemon or lime slices, and sprig of cilantro.

Helpful hints:

To save time, blend fresh ingredients into 1 large container of good quality guacamole, instead of making the guacamole yourself. For a festive flair, spoon into a large Margarita glass for serving. Or, before adding guacamole, dip glass in water and freeze for a frosty look.
