Peppercorn Brie
Ingredients:
8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
8-ounce Brie cheese, softened
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup cracked pink peppercorns
Breton crackers
Preparation:
In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except crackers. Serve in crock with Breton Crackers.
Helpful hints:
If you have more than 15 minutes, refrigerate mixture, except peppercorns and parsley, 3 to 4 hours. Form into 2 logs. Roll in peppercorns and parsley. Serve with deli meat and fruit platter.
