Tri-Pepper Salsa
Ingredients:
6-ounce can tomato paste
1/2 red pepper, finely chopped
1/2 yellow pepper, finely chopped
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Vinta or Vivant Crackers
Preparation:
In medium bowl combine all ingredients, except crackers. Serve in crock or bowl at room temperature with Dare Crackers. Garnish with thinly sliced red onion and sprig of basil.

Try serving this delicious salsa with slices of Monterey Jack cheese.
