Raspberry Fudge Spread
Ingredients:
6 ounces whipped cream cheese
3 tablespoons raspberry fudge
1 pint fresh raspberries
mint leaves, for garnish
Cabaret Crackers
Preparation:
Combine cream cheese and three crushed Breton Crackers in a bowl and mix well. Fold in fudge. Put mixture in a pastry bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe mixture onto crackers. Garnish each cracker with a raspberry and a mint leaf.
Helpful hints:
If you don’t have a pastry bag, simply spread with knife. Sprinkle with shaved chocolate or top with half a walnut.
