Very Berry Pie

Ingredients:

zest from 1 lemon (optional)
2 8-ounce containers lemon-flavored yogurt
8 ounces dessert topping (such as Cool Whip)
1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 pint fresh blueberries
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 tablespoons sugar
20 Cabaret Crackers

Preparation:

Add crackers and sugar to food processor. While running, add melted butter until you have fine cracker crumbs. Add lemon zest to cracker crumbs and press into the bottom of pie tin. Refrigerate while mixing filling. To make filling, fold yogurt into dessert topping until well incorporated. Spread filling into crumb crust, decorate with berries.

Helpful hints:

Use a small rectangular dish and create the American Flag with berries. As a fun project, have kids decorate pie with fresh fruit. Pie will not slice; serve with serving spoon an
