Crab Cheese Crackers
Ingredients:
2 cans crabmeat drained
1 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped dill
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
4 ounces Breton Crackers, crushed

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix crabmeat and grated cheese. Stir in mayonnaise, dill, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and crushed Breton Crackers. Mix thoroughly. Top whole Breton Crackers with mixture, place on cookie sheet, and bake for 3-5 minutes. Serve warm.
Helpful hints:
Garnish with fresh sprigs of dill.
