Gorgonzola Cheese Spread with Raspberry Compote
Ingredients:
3 ounces Gorgonzola cheese
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 jar raspberry preserves or jam

Preparation:
Blend Gorgonzola cheese and cream cheese in food processor or with fork until smooth. Spread jam on Bremner Wafer and spoon or pipe Gorgonzola mixture onto jam.
Helpful hints:
Add some color and flavor by garnishing with mint leaves or crumbled Gorgonzola.
