Noho Spread
Ingredients:
4 ounces reduced fat sour cream
2 ounces goat cheese
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 andouille sausage and/or 1 roasted red pepper, finely diced
1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
Breton Crackers
Preparation:
Blend all ingredients, except crackers, together in a bowl. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with Breton Crackers.
Helpful hints:
Flavors incorporate with time. Can be refrigerated overnight.
