Peppercorn Brie
Ingredients:
8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
8-ounce Brie cheese, softened
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup cracked pink peppercorns
Breton crackers
Preparation:
In mixing bowl, combine first four ingredients. Chill for 3-4 hours, then form into 2 logs and roll in peppercorns and parsley. Serve with Breton crackers. Or, if you're short on time, combine all ingredients, except crackers. Serve in crock with Breton Crackers.
