Sesame Shrimp
Ingredients:
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 pound shrimp, deveined and cooked
24 Sesame Breton Crackers, finely crushed
Preparation:
Combine ground ginger, garlic powder, soy sauce, sesame oil, and pineapple juice in saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer uncovered about 5 minutes, reducing liquid by half. Cool slightly. Coat shrimp in liquid and shake in freezer bag of crushed Sesame Breton Crackers. Broil about 4 minutes, or until golden brown, about 6 inches from boiler.

Serve Sesame Shrimp on its own as an appetizer or add to Oriental Summer Salad for a delicious dish.
