Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
12 medium-sized mushrooms
2 ounces Breton Crackers, finely crushed
2 tablespoons mixed herbs (chives, parsley, tarragon)
1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup diced ham
2 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash mushrooms, remove stems, and dry. Combine all remaining ingredients in bowl. Fill mushrooms generously with this mixture. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden.
Helpful hints:
To intensify the flavor, sprinkle additional mozzarella cheese over warm Stuffed Mushrooms.
