Super Quick Spiced Hummus

Ingredients:

2 cups canned Garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
3 tablespoons tahini
4 tablespoons virgin olive oil
2 pressed garlic cloves
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon freshly chopped parsley
Breton crackers

Preparation:

In a food processor add Garbanzo beans, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and salt. Process until relatively smooth in texture but not runny. If too thick, add more olive oil. Place in a dipping bowl. Garnish with paprika and fresh parsley and serve with Breton crackers.

Helpful hints:

Spice up Super Quick Spiced Hummus even more by adding chopped roasted red peppers or chopped sun-dried tomatoes and basil.
