Toasted Pecan Fruit Spread
Ingredients:
8-ounce package cream cheese
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons apple juice
whole toasted pecans or walnuts
1/2 cup chopped apples
1/2 cup seedless green grapes, chopped
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
Sesame Breton or Breton Crackers
Preparation:
Soften cream cheese. In medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, honey, and apple juice. Stir in apples, grapes, and toasted pecans. Spread topping onto individual crackers. Top with toasted pecan or walnut halves.
Helpful hints:
Serve in crock with bunches of grapes. Or, serve in small ramekin alongside a small fruit salad and 4-6 crackers for an interesting appetizer.
