Ingredients:

assortment of chopped nuts of your choice
1 goat cheese log
Bremner Wafers

Preparation:

Sprinkle nuts on wax paper, cutting board or other flat surface. Lightly roll or pat cheese in nuts, taking care not to press too hard. Display encrusted cheese with Bremner Wafers.

Helpful hints:

When entertaining smaller groups, you can slice the log and prepare them on crackers before the guests arrive, making it easier to serve. For larger groups, make up two or three logs using a combination of nuts, or three different types of nuts for three different rolls. Leave intact, letting the guests slice their own.
