Ingredients:

small bunches of fresh herbs such as rosemary, oregano, thyme
string or raffia

Preparation:

Tie small bunches of aromatic herbs together with string or raffia. Tag the herb bundles with your guests’ names using pre-made cards or art paper cut into small shapes. Place each bundle on individual place settings to mark the seating arrangement.

Helpful hints:

f you don’t have herbs available, small trimmings from other plant material work great, too. Also try with bunches of dried flowers. Be careful as these are more delicate. Include a packet of seeds with your name tags as a gift for guests to take – nice for a garden party luncheon.
