Chunky Chicken Salad
- 1 cup (250 ml) cooked, chopped chicken
- 12 red seedless grapes
- 6 walnut halves, roughly chopped
- 1 celery stalk, finely chopped green onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) curry powder
- 1/4 tsp (1ml) lemon juice salt and pepper
1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and gently combine.
2. Spoon on to your Boulangerie Grissol Rustic Flatbreads and enjoy.
A great way to use up leftover chicken. Try using green grapes, apple, pineapple or mango as well as trying other nuts like almonds or sunflower seeds. Great for picnics!
