Crispy Bacon with Swiss Cheese
- 2-3 strips bacon
- 8 slices Swiss cheese (bite-sized)
- 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 green onion
1. Cook strips of bacon until crisp, drain on a paper towel and set aside. Once bacon has cooled, cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Top Boulangerie Grissol Baguettes with a slice of Swiss cheese and a piece of bacon. Finish with tomato and a green onion curl.
To curl green onion, simply thinly slice the onion lengthwise and place strips in a bowl of ice water.
