Cream Cheese with Cucumber Roll
- 1 English cucumber
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) cream cheese
- Boulangerie Grissol Baguettes
1. Using a potato peeler, peel an English cucumber lengthwise to make long ribbons. Discard the first layer of skin.
2. Roll the ribbon tightly, then gently push the centre of the coil, forcing it forward to form a spiral.
3. Spread Baguettes with soft cream cheese, place the cucumber roll with open seam down on top and sprinkle with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
