Greek Salad Baguettes
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped black olives
- 1 chopped green onion
- 1 oz (30 g) crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp (5 ml) dried oregano
- salt and pepper
- Boulangerie Grissol Baguettes
1. Combine tomatoes, olives, onion, feta cheese, olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
2. Spoon onto Baguettes. Serve immediately.
