Associate Sales Manager – Out of Home – Cambridge, ON

The successful applicant is an energetic, self-motivated, team player committed to creating profitable sales growth for the Out of Home business unit. Your experience and understanding in Foodservice and Gas & Convenience sales is complemented with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. You are a highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit.




Responsibilities:



    • Monthly sales reporting, deductions/trade spend management and forecasting
    • Launching and driving the distribution of current and new products into the Canadian marketplace
    • Develop account sales plan and work closely with Senior leadership on the development and execution of the plan
    • Execute National promotions, new listings, merchandising and pricing with customer base
    • Create strong opportunities and customer partnerships within all regions and segments through joint business plans
    • Work closely with our cross-functional counterparts in sales, sales strategy, marketing, customer service, supply chain and finance
    • Leverage all marketing internal data to drive category leadership and market share growth
    • Driving profitable growth and achieve sales and margin targets



 

 

Qualifications



    • Possess a post-secondary education (Business degree is preferred),
    • 2+ years of progressive sales experience
    • Strong strategic, analytical and technical skills, along with written and oral communications
    • Able to quickly identify and commercialize key business development opportunities
    • Effectively work from a field or corporate office as applicable
    • Available to attend customer trade events during specified periods
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), some experience in SAP, Cognos and various syndicated data are all strong assets.
    • Some experience in Canadian Gas & Convenience and/or Foodservice would be considered an asset.
