Customer Sales Analyst (US Team)

Full Time + Cambridge, ON

Customer Sales Analyst (US Team)

The successful applicant is an energetic, self-motivated, team player who is able to work independently and well with others across cross-functional business units (demand planning, customer service, supply chain, finance) which is critical to the success of this position.  A strong sense of urgency and ability to proactively impact the demand and sales call is required.


  • Work closely with assigned Key Account Managers to manage their promotional and baseline plans within Promax, provide forecasting visibility for their volume and trade spend
  • Help clear all Listing and Clearing deductions for US accounts
  • Optimize their accounts overall business plan in terms of maximizing Net Sales dollars, Margin @ Standard dollars and Sales Contribution while freeing up time for the Key Account Managers to pursue profitable selling opportunities
  • Take ownership of the Total Dare US LE within the system and work directly with the demand planning team to evaluate the sales forecast vs the demand call
  • Be the key point of contact for any questions regarding the current state of the US Dare business
  • Provide forecasting accuracy reports, track broker commission payments on a period basis and other internal scorecards as needed
  • Interact regularly and proactively with multiple stakeholders on the US sales team, take input from various sources and ultimately make recommendations and decisions regarding the forecast and execute adjustments within Promax
  • Exposure to senior levels of management while providing monthly commentary to the VP of Sales upon the close of each period on sales performance drivers



  • Post-secondary education (Business degree is preferred),
  • 3+ years of progressive sales management or analytics experience
  • Strong strategic, analytical and technical skills, along with written and oral communications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SAP, Cognos and various syndicated data are all strong assets.
