Manager, Revenue Growth Management – Cambridge, ON

The successful applicant is an energetic, self-motivated team player who will be responsible for developing the strategic plan to deliver significant revenue and profit realization for Dare Foods. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and leading initiatives, such as list price increases, price-pack architecture, and portfolio optimization, that will enable long term revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional price realization projects
  • Perform financial and marketplace analysis to identify high-value opportunities and develop the multi-year revenue growth (RGM) strategy
  • Provide leadership of project teams required to deliver on various price realization initiatives
  • Drive insights on overall pricing tactics and promotional lift
  • Support the innovation process through recommendations on pricing and promotion strategies
  • Identify channel and portfolio white-space opportunities to enable the RGM strategy
  • Conduct promotion analysis (lift, payback, profitability) for key customer events to identify improvement opportunities and roll out learnings across the Sales organization
  • Lead quarterly Revenue business reviews to identify drivers of performance and opportunities to close revenue gaps
  • Support the annual planning process by identifying financial outcomes (revenue, tonnage, profit) of planned price/promotion strategy changes
  • Support Customer teams to plan and scenario model changes to proposed promotion strategies as they build their Joint Business Plans (JBP) with Customers
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business is required
  • Minimum 7 years experience in CPG, with Insights/POS Analytics experience; Customer selling experience a strong asset
  • Strong strategic, analytical and technical skills, along with written and oral communications
  • Able to quickly identify and commercialize key business development opportunities
  • Able to work with cross functional departments through collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Project management and planning skills will be complimented with efficient time and priority management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), experience in SAP, Cognos and various syndicated data are all strong assets.
