2. Who may enter the contest?

   The contest is open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside. 

3. How do I enter the contest?

   • Log on to the contest website:  www.darefoods.com/WIN or www.darefoods.com/GAGNER  
   • Complete the entry form by providing your name, daytime phone number, email address; mailing address; confirm age of majority; agree to the Official Contest Rules; and correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.  
   • Once completed, click “Submit” to receive one (1) entry in the Prize draw provided you entered during the Contest Period. 
   • To be eligible for the Grand Prize or Secondary Prizes, Entries must be submitted during the Contest Period.  
   • No purchase necessary. 

4. How many times may I enter the contest?

   Entries are limited to one entry, per person, per email address per contest period.  

5. When does the contest start and end?

   The Contest begins June 20, 2022, at 12:01 am ET and ends September 22, 2022, at 11:59 pm ET (“Contest Period”). Entries must be submitted during the Contest Period to be eligible for the Grand Prize and Secondary Prizes.  

6. What are the conditions of entry?

   All entries are subject to verification at any time and contestant may be required to provide proof of identity and/or eligibility to participate in the contest. Any attempt to participate or submit an entry that is not approved by the Official Contest Rules and Regulations will be voided and eligibility to win a prize will be disqualified. Your entry will be rejected if it is not fully completed and submitted during the contest period.

7. Do I need to purchase a product to enter the contest?

   There is no purchase necessary to enter this contest. 

8. What prizes are available to be won?

   There are two prize categories and a total of three (3) prizes available to be won, including: 

   • Grand Prize: One (1) Five thousand dollar ($5,000) prize* 
   • Secondary Prize: One (1) of two (2) Dare Crackers prize packs, including a year’s supply of Dare Bold ‘n Baked & Dare Veggie Crisps*  

9. How and when will potential winners be selected?

   The Grand Prize and Secondary Prize draws will be conducted at 12:00 pm ET on September 26, 2022 from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The first random draw will be for the Grand Prize, followed by two additional draws for the Secondary Prizes.  

10. Will I be required to provide credit card information or payment of any kind to receive my Prize or enter the Contest?

    No you will never be asked to provide credit card information or pay to enter or receive a prize.  Anyone contacting you to request this information is not an agent or employee of Dare Foods and is not affiliated with this contest.
