Ingredients


  • 24 Breton Multigrain Crackers
  • 1 ripe avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and mashed
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup (250 mL) arugula
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and cut into 3 pieces
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes

Preparation


  1. Mash avocado with fresh herbs
  2. Spread on crackers
  3. Top with finely chopped sundried tomato, bacon and arugula
