Creamy Herb and Pancetta Bites

Topped with crispy baked pancetta shards and an easy herbed cream cheese spread, this yummy cracker will wow your tastebuds.

  • 3 thin slices pancetta
  • 3/4 cup brick-style plain cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp each finely chopped chives, parsley and basil
  • 12 Dare Vinta Crackers
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, halved


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange pancetta slices on parchment paper–lined baking sheet; place another piece of parchment and baking sheet over pancetta to hold in place.
  2. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Transfer to paper towel–lined plate. Break into 12 shards.
  3. Meanwhile, beat together cream cheese, chives, parsley and basil until smooth.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture onto each cracker. Top each cracker with pancetta shard and halved cherry tomato.
