Ingredients


  • 1 pkg (120 g) Boulangerie Grissol® Baguettes Olive Oil & Sea Salt
  • 5 oz (150 g) thinly sliced prosciutto, quartered
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) finely diced cantaloupe
  • 4 tsp (20 mL) balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) finely sliced fresh mint

Preparation


  1. Top baguettes with prosciutto and cantaloupe.
  2. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with mint.

Pro Tip

Substitute mint with basil or parsley if preferred.

 

Substitute cantaloupe with honeydew if desired
