Ingredients


  • 1 box of Breton Cracker Original Crackers
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 fresh jalapeno (more if you like it spicy)
  • 10 shrimps
  • Cilantro or parsley (as garnish)

Preparation


  1. Combine cream cheese and jalapenos in food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Heat frying pan with a little vegetable oil until hot.
  3. Sear shrimp 3 to 4 minutes per side until rich golden-brown color. Set aside to cool.
  4. To compile, spread one tablespoon of cream cheese mixture per cracker, and place shrimp on top. (if desired, slice shrimp in half and stack on top of each other).
  5. Garnish with cilantro, or parsley.
