Ingredients


  • 8 cups chopped kale
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
  • 1 cup (250 mL) sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) thinly sliced red onions
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) toasted pumpkin seeds
  • 6 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) prepared balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1/2 package (150 g) Boulangerie Grissol Classic Croutons
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) crumbled goat cheese

Preparation


  1. Massage kale with oil until tender.
  2. Toss together kale, strawberries, red onions, pumpkin seeds, radishes and dressing.
  3. Stir in croutons and sprinkle with goat cheese.
