Apple Butter Dip
- 1 8 oz (225 g) package cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup (175 ml) apple butter
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) raisins
- 2 tsp (10 ml) chopped toasted walnuts (optional)
- Breton or Vinta crackers
1. Combine all ingredients and mix until fully blended.
2. Chill for 1 hour before serving. Dip can be refrigerated for up to one week.
3. Serve in a small crock or ramekin.
Sprinkle toasted walnuts on top for a great presentation. Garnish cracker platter with small lady apples or crab apples.
